For 8 years, Unicus has helped Central Texas homeowners renovate, expand, and add living space with clear communication and careful craftsmanship. We’re a 6-person team — small enough to stay personal, experienced enough to run complex residential work.
We focus on projects that deserve real planning: full and half-home renovations, ADUs, and home additions. Our minimum job size is $100,000, with ideal projects in the $250,000–$1,000,000 range.
